Tickets are:
1 ticket for $1
6 tickets for $5
15 tickets for $10
25 tickets for $15
35 tickets for $20

Please put how many tickets you want for which item. You may use all your tickets on one item or divide them among as many items as you want.
We will write your name on each ticket and put it in the “bag” for the items you chose. We will notify you if you won. Winners name will be posted. If you are attending the tracking test, you may buy raffle tickets there. If you are not attending the get together on Saturday night, April 25 [drawing will take place there], you will be responsible for shipping and insurance [if you want that].

Mail raffle form and money (checks or money orders only) to Laura Feldt, 2001 Ben Ali Road, Louisville, KY 40223. Make checks payable to Laura Feldt. On the memo line of check please write “GSCA Raffle”. CHECKS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE APRIL 24 TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE RAFFLE.

Corrections must be made before July 1, 2009.  Awards will be presented at the Annual Banquet Oct 1, 2009.  If you will not be able to attend, please have someone pick you award up for you.  If you wish the award to be mailed you need to send $10.00 for postage and handling to GSCA Treasurer Kathie Anderson, 3624 Nisenan Lane, Wheatland, CA 95692

* The performance award program is to encourage and honor members that are working their giants. Therefore, only dogs with their

primary owner having a current GSCA membership (both the year the accomplishment was earned and the year of the awards banquet)

qualify for awards.

* GSCA Annual Membership shall have been paid up by December 31, 2008 to qualify.

* First Names of members are spelled out.

* Official AKC names as of the end of 2008 are the names used for awards.

* Top ten Rally had two ties.

* Versatility Award recipients that have received, in one year, more than one versatility level will only get one plaque with all levels

(highest level on the top) for that year end.

* If a member did not contact the performance chair (Laura Feldt) and notify her they qualified for a GSCA versatility award then one will

not be awarded.

If you wish to have a duplicate award/ribbon  for co-owners etc. please contact Kathie Anderson.
