Membership renewals are due September 1^st each year.  Any checks received for renewals postmarked after December 1, incur a $5 late fee.  If your renewal payment is received without the late payment fee, your check will be returned.  What happens if your dues and late fee aren’t paid before the 1^st of January?

You are no longer a Member in Good Standing.  What does that mean?

• You will not be eligible to win any of the awards issued by the club for your dog’s performance.  This loss of eligibility will continue for the balance of the current membership year – regardless if your dues are paid sometime later in the year.
• You will not be eligible to vote on any club matters – to include judges, or officers or any other club issues.
• You will not have access to the Members only area of the Website.
• You will not receive either Giant Steps or Newsletters.
• You can still pay your delinquent dues and late fee without going through the application process if your payment is received before September 1^st of the current year.

What will happen if you pay your dues and late fee after January 1^st?

• You will regain full access to the Website, be eligible to vote on club matters and again receive Giant Steps and Newsletters.
• If dues are then paid for the next year starting September 1^st, you will regain your eligibility for club awards for that year.
